Not been around for much of this month, we have had tons on, and the weekends just seem to be flying by.
Shaggy ~ I cant remember exactly how many AF days ive had, ive had a few but dont know exactly so i wont report in for the rest of the month
Its cloudy here today which is a nice reprieve from the sun, as much as i love the sun, its nice thats its a bit cooler. We are going to friends BBQ later on today. Thats been the nice thing with all the sun, lots of friends having small parties/BBQ's which is great for catching up.

Back from a fab holiday - lots of sightseeing but lots of relaxing tooI drank everynight but mostly it was just one glass of sangria with dinner *delish* and last night it was back on the wagon with a cup of hot chocolate and some herbal nytol.
I lost a smidge of weight on holiday which was also a bonus and while I was on the beach I read Michael Mosley's book on fasting which has really made me think about my diet.
Off to read back...

Had a phone call from one of my brothers to say he has cancer. He is having a tonsillectomy on 29 July (earlier if there's a cancellation slot) and will know two weeks afterwards where it originates from, which will determine treatment. Apparently it isn't lymphoma, but is in his throat.

Not entirely related to what you said but at Wimbledon 2009 I saw a rather drunk well spoken chap having an angry argument with the person at the Pimms stall on the Aorangi Terrace (aka Henman Hill). The guy was angrily complaining that he was drunk and they should have told him that Pimms was an alcoholic drink when he was buying it, as he could now not drive home having drunk too much of what he thought was a non alcoholic drink. The person serving asked how he hadn't realised he was getting drunk and he said it was because he was sitting in the sun and assumed he was just getting dehydrated :rotfl:
