Back from mini-holiday, where I drank wine each evening. Back on wagon now, and lots of decisions to make. Brother had his tonsils out today, and we're just waiting to hear if he is staying in hospital overnight or can come home tonight. Surgeon reckoned he will have the results well before 3rd August, which was original estimate.

Hugs all round, and welcome back Shaggy
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I did fancy a drink tonight, but the feeling soon passed. I'm pleased with my progress so far this month and I know I may have a drink with lunch out on Thursday so I decided to wait until then. I love this feeling of being in control.:)

Glad you enjoyed your holiday satchmo, and well done for jumping straight back on that wagon. Hope your brother feels OK after his op.

Haven't seen you posting for a few days 41, hope all OK?

11 AFDs for July please Shaggy.

Been away for a good wee while but life has been a bit of a disaster of late and I don't want to slip into bad habits particularly as just one of my disasters in my dad in hospital abroad going through alcohol withdrawal:(

So normally I would have delayed and said ill start next month but no time like the present - and have stayed AF tonight despite the stress:T

I'll go for a target of 5 for the remainder of the month

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
