Hi all, have read a few pages and would like to joint your club. Have had a drink nearly every night for the last 6 years (after a trauma of the personal kind) and feel like i need a break, I love wine and am so proud of myself as i didn't have one last night and got up this morning feeling great. I only every had a couple a night so not like i was downing bottles and bottles but its a hard habbit to break. Met a friend today and she had a prosecco (my fav) and i had diet coke (pat on the back) and don't feel all tired and fuzzy headed. Hoping to keep on this board as i think it will help with the boredom in the evenings and love reading everyones stories.0
