Hiya all. Just wanted to say that I am feeling much better than last week after drinking 6.9 units on Monday 1st July. Still feel anxious and depressed at times, but not suicidal and not so apathetic. This has got to be because of the alcohol and combined with my increase in medication sertraline up to 200mg nearly ended badly. I now hope to stay off the booze, it really frightened me last week. It was a nightmare week.

Don't feel a huge amount of progress to be honest. I'll be having tests on my liver later this month but my kidneys don't feel like they have improved - certainly based on how thirsty I still am.
