Wow CuppaTea! Love your spirit. You go for it, And I, for one, am wishing you tremendous success in your new venture. I love reading about people who have the guts to give new things a bit of a go. It shows true spirit and is everything I am not. I am a teacher (secure) married to a teacher (secure) with a heart that wants to break free and a mind that is scared of change. Good for you! Three cheers I say.

No more AF days to report. Had another glass of wine tonight and stopped at that, but still its a drink. Feeling the pressure of some family matters at the moment and I am definitely reacting to it. I always feel I am waiting for the next phase of life to start, so I can feel more emotionally settled, but somehow it seems to elude me each time. Reality I suppose.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

  • Yeah! I have a daisy flower from Shaggy :)

Boo! to the fact that I caved in as there was lovely sunshine, left work early, had a BBQ so had some lovely chilled wine.

Rain forecast now and will get back on track but failed my challenges this month. However batteries re-charged from having a lovely family evening dining out in the sun :)

Popping in to confirm 19 AF days in June and 80 in a row overall.

Only 13 days short of my personal best now :)
  • Hi everyone, I am feeling ok at the moment, just ate a punnet of strawberries and will be weighing in at 5.30pm. I have had a funny few days, and full of differing feelings, nothing bad has really happened, but I have been thinking about a lot of things, and going to bed really late. Watched a really good film last night on true movies, it was called Conspiracy of Silence, but after watching for 2 hours, it ended and there must be a part two lol. I went to church last night and was given some really good healing, I really needed it too. Feel very lethargic and a bit quiet at the moment, on the outside you wouldn't know I was any different, but inside I feel I am catching up on a few emotions that were passed by in the last few months. Hope I don't sound too crazy. It helps to speak to you guys, I know you won't judge me.
