I just wanted to say thank you to the both of you for taking the time to manage the challenges. :T

The School Night Challenge really keeps me motivated with small targets. The monthly challenge is really giving me a sense of achievement and belief I can do this for the longer term.

    Hi

Up to 12 AF days now please Shaggy and 2/4 for the SNC gien. Thanks to you both.

lilith - read your post about fathers day and felt alot of empathy for you. I am just like you and drink as a reaction. I also drank nearly a whole bottle of white on Friday night and felt quite cross with myself. I also ate a ton of crisps, pizza, peanuts and chocolate. Rubbish.

Unlike you however, this is not the first time in 6 months. I have been on this thread since April and have done it several times. I think Im getting better though and do it less often than I did. I am hoping that I can stop over -doing it on my drinking days altogether soon.

You sound to me like you are on the right track, so don't beat yourself up about it. Emotions are strong things that are difficult to put in a box and shut out and they are bound to get the better of you from time to time.

Take care of yourself and be proud of what you have already achieved.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

    Hi All

Just popping in to say I will be back on the wagon tomorrow, had a tonne of [STRIKE]sh[/STRIKE] jobbies to deal with regarding family in the last few weeks, stress levels at an all time high & unable to focus or concentrate on anything else, lack of sleep was terrible as well. However, I am in a better place now, I will stay TF for June please Shaggy as I have only had around 3 AF days. I plan to have my Tuesday night treat tonight then back on the wagon tomorrow. I havn't been folling SW or flylady or anything, thats how pants I have felt. Sorry for ranting, not making excuses, just had enough going on without worrying about anything else, as my DH said, the answer is not in the bottom of a bottle. Hope you are all ok, I have not had a chance to read back x
