Had a glass of wine last night. Just the one but unfortunately means skipped an SNC night and can't add to my monthly tariff.
More emotionally reactive drinking on my part.:o

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

I'm off on hols tomorrow so tonight will be my last AF night for June. I'm calling in extra early today as I'm definitely not drinking. I don't want to be getting up early tomorrow with a thick head! Not planning any AFness on holiday but I know I'll be sensible.:)

    8AFDs please Shaggy.

And a big thank you to you and gien for scoring for us.:T

17/29 AFDs for me, and no wine bells clanging today I'm happy to report. Off to aerobics now, and afterwards will fill up with fuel so I'm ready to go up north on Thursday evening to visit mum who has a chest infection, and to see my soon to be 29 year old baby. I probably won't be updating until Monday, but I don't plan on drinking over the weekend.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Hi all,

I have been incrediably busy this last week, i'm surprised I know which end is up.

    First the boring bits:-

    17/24 AF's
    SNC 4/5

    Please shaggy and gien. :D

    Secondly, good news:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

As I am unable to secure any further employment that can run alongside my supermarket job or replaces it, I have decided to give in my notice and start my own self employed cleaning/ironing business. By word of mouth I have secured 5 clients and with a bit of juggling can hopefully fit it around school holidays too. Its going to be difficult but I can't see any other option.

I'm not afraid of hard work, but at times I think "!!!!!! am I doing? Giving up security for a whim!". But I hope I won't look back and it will be the answer to my prayers. On paper it works out ok. My only problem will be if one of my clients leaves me for whatever reason, but I can worry about that if it happens.

I was hoping to take some unpaid leave off for some of the school holidays, I already had a week booked as hols, but I don't think that will be happening now as any holidays is not paid!!! So early into a new venture that wouldn't be good either.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

I need to go back to my books and research, I think I know quite a lot about HMRC these days:rotfl: In fact since Bill left I know a lot more about benefits, legislation, employment and sources of help than I ever thought I would need to know.
