Just a fly by, haven't even got a chance to catch up from last week, managed to read up till thursday i think.

Anyway, just wanted to say 5/24 AF's.

Hope you are doing ok Shaggy and positive thoughts to all those who need it.

My 6 year old is struggling to sleep tonight, he's been in bed since 7.30, but he can't settle. One tired boy in the morning.

    7 AFDs clocked up.

I had a good run straight after work, with two colleagues doing so much more than they thought they could. We are on week 6 of a couch to 5k programme which I am leading, and I was very proud of them for running for 3 minutes then walking for 1 minute seven times. When they started they struggled to run for 1 minute and walk for 1 minute four times.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

7 AFDs so far for me.

I've now been off alcohol for 5 weeks. It may be coincidence, but since Monday I have been having serious sugar cravings, feel a lot hungrier generally and am a lot thirstier than usual. This would be unremarkable except the same happened 5 weeks into abstaining when I did so from the start of last August. I can't remember if I had this in February, but it is possible I did but did not realise as I was on antibiotics for a kidney infection.

I'm going to discuss this with my doctor at my next appointment, but just wondered if anyone has had anything similar so long into a period of abstainance?

hello everyone (creeps back in sheepishly...). Well I well and truly fell off the wagon since going on holiday at EASTER!! I just have not had the guts to get back on, but am feeling up to it now.
I hope you have all been good whilst I have not... I will have a think about target for this month as I am away again last week of May and need to factor that in, plus quite a few social engagements this month also.....

    Have a good day everyone!

    8 AFDs now.

Boss, I too have been very thirsty, with a dry tongue, since being 90% AF since the start of 2013. Very strange as I drink only de-caf tea and coffee, and about 8 glasses of water a day.
