    19/30 AFDs for me.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

17/28 AFDs for me, this week has been really testing, car has been written off, done over 45hrs at work and feel really bored and lonely.
  • Oh Barney I hope you feel better soon, no need to feel lonely, we are all here and I wish I could do something, hopefully next week won't be so bad.
    Thinking of you xx

18/28 days today, played the first cricket match of the season, we lost, but managed to not have a beer when we got back to the clubhouse, had a coke instead.
  • Just got in from boozy night out. ? units or amount of lager, feeling terrible and ashamed of myself. So that means 17 days.

    Morning :hello:

No more AFDs to add. Had a glass of wine Friday (about 2 units) and another last night - about 3 units - Go me : So Rock & Roll :D
I was supposed to go for a long walk yesterday and it was a beautiful day but I was so knackered I ended up spending the afternoon on the couch - hopefully I will find the energy to get out laters.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • My head hurts so much. I did have a good night out but now I'm paying for it. Drank a lot of lager but now it's over and it was a 50th birthday so special occasion. I must have danced a bit of weight off as my pjs are loose lol. Thanks shaggy for the wagon, I am on it now hopefully for the remainder of the month. By the way, I was drinking a jug of tap water during the chinese meal and enjoying myself. When I started drinking the music was so loud it was hard to hear and talk to people so I drank and danced instead, much preferred when we were chatting and I was sober.
