Fingers crossed you find a new house soooon. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Satchmo - I hope you are feeling more positive today...

I wish this snow would stop now, would be nice to see some sun and feel a little bit warm outside. I was amused when another dog walker commented in passing 'bit warmer this morning', it's 2 degrees!
Anyway, what I popped in to say was 24 afd's please.0 -
It is sunny in Swansea and it definitely looks like Spring has sprung. No snow whatsoever and the birds are flying past my window. Just popped in to say 24 AF days, I want to go on the 20th Satchmo because I need a night out to be honest and if I drink it is a special occasion, Lilith hope you keep warm I'm sending you warm cuddles mwah. Hope we all have a good week the last one for March, long month lol.

Hi all, blue skies here today, here's hoping some snow melts although more has been forecast for Wednesday.
We're meant to be going to Silverdale in Lancashire over Easter weekend but if this carries on it looks like we'll be cancelling it. Not our week it seems
On a more positive noted, 24 AFDs for me please Shaggy0 -
morning all! Hope you are all doing ok whether you've snow or no snow. None really where I am thank goodness.
Still on 15 AFDs please Shaggy as neighbours turned up unexpectedly last night with wine and I did not resist. However, pleased with myself that I only had 2 glasses and am back on the wagon today. Consoling myself with the fact that, before I found this thread, I would have had NO AFDs at all, all month, every month!! Mad!!!
Going to the gym again tonight to get my healthy feeling back.
Have a good day all and take care of yourselves!!Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

Morning!
It's nice to see it so busy on here, especially as the initial New Year resolutions start to wear off.
Lots of fantastic totals for the month, and so much encouragement for those that are struggling. That's why this thread is so fab :j
A while ago someone on here mentioned Kudzu Root. Does it work? MrR is giving it a go
In other news, MrR had a letter arrive last week. He is offically At Risk of redundancy. We should know if it's gonna happen in the next few weeks.

6 more afs to declare please. I had a few days of just one or two drinks which I'm ok with since I last posted, but it was the couple of days where I binged which have me kicking myself. I hope to rack up a few more afs this week.
mrsrainman, I took it then stopped, but now have started taking kudzu again. It works as long as you take it.0 -
Hi All
Hope you are all well, no AFD's for me to report.....sorry. Still struggling a bit ATM, I am going to set a realistic target for April as no way am I going to reach this months. I will however commit to not having my usual Tuesday night tipple, I have also joined the Drinkaware website, I never realised that 2 bottles of wine takes me over the weekly recommended units for women . I am a binge drinker according to the site
I knew I drank too much but the site kicked me into reality.
