Morning all, 21 AFDs for me please Shaggy.
We've had loads of snow over night and it's still coming down. I really don't like snow!
Looks like I'll be doing the walk into work today (I have another part-time job 20 minutes walk away), as the car won't get out of the road. I'll be an ice cube when I get in lol :rotfl:0 -
thank you for my bunny, Shaggy.

I'm not going to analyse anymore, I'm going out on April 20th and need a plan, I want to go sober and stay sober as I will make a fool of myself if I drink, I want to prove to myself that I can enjoy myself without drink, and really enjoy myself not just say it. I'm frightened that I won't be able to do it, I want to be able for just one night to go out and enjoy and remember, and be responsible for my actions. I want to be myself without the alcohol controlling me. Any suggestions, if I have a few it will turn into some more, I know me I get caught up in the moment.
Do you Drive 41? I have been to a few nights and refused to pay taxi costs home so I have taken the car, drank diet ginger all night & still made a fool of myself on the floor doing the hucklebuck :rotfl:.
If you don't drive then just tell yourself you are not drinking, if you really really don't want to, you will have fun watching/listening to others getting drunk & making a fool of themselves, to be honest it would be easier for me not to drink when I am out than not to drink when I am home, if that makes sense?:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

AFD 22/29 for me today and 80th AFD of the year.0

22/31 so far. My dad's first cousin is also in ICU in the same room as my auntie, what are the odds of that. Auntie is on life support and my cousin is filling up with fluid and has emphysema on oxygen. Bit of an eye-opener as to the way I have been living so far, life is so short and I have a lot to be thankful for. Thanks everyone for your support, you are very important to me.

hello everyone
hope you are all surviving the snow! Good excuse to stay in and drink hot chocolate and watch films on television!! I had an unexpected dinner out on Thursday and had wine with it (moderate) so i am not going to make my target this month by one day. I feel great though as have managed to stay within my govt guidelines of units so still within my own targets, iyswim...

Hi all,
22 AFDs for me please Shaggy
Snow has been really bad here (Staffordshire), so I have been ploughing my way through some uni work. Think I might need a break soon as I have been trying to get my head round some statistics and now have a headache
Hope everyone is keeping warm - I have my cat on my lap who serves as my hot water bottle. I think he feels the same about me lol.0
