    advice

No chance IMHO, but Loans board is a better place to ask than Forum Introduction Guide official discussion thread on Site Feedback board.

It's to the right in the titlebar of each board on larger screen or in the middle as a blue band on small/mobile ones

It will only be there on each board index, and only on ones where posting are allowed and are not just a category to contain other boards.

For example you won't see one on the CAB boards as they are closed for posting.

  • can anyone help my mother has recently passed away leaving a mortgage to be paid on the property, which means the house is to be sold to pay it of but when looking into the mortgage paperwork I have found it to be false in 2008 she was sold a interest only mortgage for 70,000.00 by a broker who come to her home but I don't know how she managed to get it as she was never employed she was disabled from her early fourties so therefor never worked but they have her down as self employed and obviously also the mortgage took her into her retirement and apart from the house there was nothing else she could have shown to be able to ever pay it of without loosing the house is this correct conduct of the broker or am I in my rights to get this further looked into

The guide seems to be just a video. I haven't managed to find the text version. When you have one question, a video isn't the best as it isn't searchable.Perhaps a link to the text should be made more visible?
