Bossymoo I struggle with bedding changes on the high sleepers.
Woohoo Mumto5 on winning the party - your cakes looked great on FB
I am admiring the hot x bun restraint - I have none so don't buy them. We made chocolate mousse today but happily the boys ate the lot.

A midsleeper is great but a high sleeper was just awful. My DD was once really sick in bed and it went everywhere - getting the bedding and mattress off was just :eek::eek:I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Well I haven't been anywhere today because of the snow. Had a good de-cluttering session getting rid of redundant paperwork, bills, bank statements etc. Bagged a lot of the shredding and put some on the woodburner. WM and TD x3. HHI planned for after tea.Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310

Hi everyone
Can I join please? I have never joined anything online before so please be gentle with me.
I have lurked on the flylady thread for about a year now and do try to follow the lists, but always seem to run out of steam by Tuesday. Pathetic, I know!I work full time and by the time I get home from work I am absolutely pooped! I live alone though so there isn't anyone else to blame for the mess.
You are all very inspirational ladies and seem to have so much going on in your lives and still manage to be so organised!
I think my problem is I feel I have to do all of the levels by the end of the week and I feel so overwhelmed. So I am changing my plan....baby steps. Level one to begin with, starting with the new thread tomorrow.0 -
Little Bit welcome, I'm pleased you want to join us. Lots of us run out of steam by Tuesday - I sometimes last until Wednesday but it is a very odd week when I achieve it all and I've been doing it over 6 years. Do what you can and celebrate, what you can't just forget.
Off to collect DS2 from work and then put DS3 to bed.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Yup - now you remind me i remember this too!
DD2 is on a high sleeper - and in summer doesn't want the window open because she can feel the breeze....... which doesn't always go down well as she shares with DD1....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Evening all - not quite sure where today went!!
I went shopping, and then did not a lotooops!

I wish! I've got to wait until Thursday!Narc0lepsy wrote: »- had guitar lesson and instructor mentioned that she was interested in collecting vinyl LPs so I told her we had a list 4 pages long hoping to declutter. She's probably rolling around laughing by now as I sent her the list!!! But would be great if I could offload some
Any chance I could have a peek at the list please? Also, GI (I think?) - are you still selling some vinyl?Little_Bit wrote: »Hi everyone

Welcome Little Bit - I usually run out of steam by Monday evening so you're doing well!! :rotfl:I also live alone though I'm sure all this clutter can't really be my fault
Oooh, just remembered I did wash up, cook dinner and fill in a form to claim back some of the car tax left from the old car"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

Fell asleep with the kids
Thanks for the bed comments, wooden midsleeper it is. I didn't want a really high one as DD will want to climb it and she is just too little.
