Morning, morning  viewing Fred on phone is hard going, so apologies to all.........normal lurking will resume after 10.30  Holly and I are allowed home
Last C section i burst one side of my scar open and got it infected as I tried to carry on as normal.......no bikini cut this time, i have a big wide mouthed frog or apron cut which was necesaary to get Holly out more quickly. I wondered why i was getting such pain on the left this time and needed morphine to keep pain down so i could be mobile  the tape went all across but i still didn't twig i just thought it must have been covering an injection site or something and they just used one long strip instead of a short one and a plaster dot!
Just need to get some hydra codeine to go home with as without something morphine based i will be in screaming agony!
Right, catch up again soonThe cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Good news Skinty that you and baby Holly can come home. Much less risk of infection in your own home. Remember to take it easy tho2015 £2 Saver #82

Morning Ladies, I've just made a fresh pot of tea so help yourselves.
DH is away tonight. His windscreen has cracked and he is taking my car:(.
Flying wise I have a day at home today so hope to get lots done. I've already done HHI but it's made my back hurt again. It was ok yesterday and didn't bother me so I'm a bit puzzled about what is causing it.
DS2 is growing up and out and needs new blazer, shirts, trousers, school shoes and football boots. Plan is to go to the school uniform outfitters and shoe shop on Saturday morning to declutter a large sum of money. I really hope the uniform we buy him will last until the end of Y11 (2014), if he grows at the same rate as DS1 that's not going to be realistic.
Ho hum its only money!0 -
Great news Skinty :T
Getting my time under SAD lamp and then off to walk Pip and then face the joys of my list ! WM is currently on, I emptied DW and got kids to pull back the covers on their beds (DS did, not sure about DD). She was very emotional as hadn't done her homework and was in tears so new rule - homework before playing on the computer.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Haven't done very much
a lot CBA at the moment.
Yesterday when I was taking DD1 to the train station the cars coolant light, stop light and check manual light all came on  which was quite puzzling as the coolant etc was all done on its service the other month and the bloke in the garage said it would be fine through the winter. Anyway took it to the garage, they said there wasn't a leak and topped the coolant up, still doesn't explain why it did it though
I'm going away tomorrow, only over night but I could do with out the extra worry, I'm already worried about the weather.
Not sure how much will get done today, I'm driving my friends to Chatham to take their daughter to the dentist (big job lots of teeth out apparently )

Good morning everyone :wave:skint_breeder_5 wrote: »Morning, morning  viewing Fred on phone is hard going, so apologies to all.........normal lurking will resume after 10.30  Holly and I are allowed home
Great news for you both, Skint :T:T
Take care of yourself and don't start flying too soon. Is MiL still there? At least you should be able to move around a bit and keep an eye on her!
Amyloofoo, you mentioned a free eB@y listing weekend - have I missed the notification email? When? The more pennies I can save towards our move, the better. I've decided I can't wait for the weather to cheer up in order to do a car boot, so everything that I'm flinging has got to go on eB@y (profit for me) or to the CS (no profit but it helps other people).
I have put things away and dusted upstairs, stripped our bed (leaving it to air as the list says) and cleaned the ensuite and family bathroom, and am now enjoying a quick :coffee: before getting going with the Dys0n. I'm hoping to fly through the whole house by middayas it's quite tidy. DH's wargames model painting table reappeared in the LR last night, though  but it kept him happily occupied for 3 hours
As I go round each room I am making a list of all the little jobs that need doing. Most of them are on the lines of "fill crack in ceiling (from old water leak) and repaint" so I think I shall have to get my OJM in to do all the bits, as my already painful shoulder will object even more strongly and it's causing me enough broken nights as it is. There's also a fence and back gate to repair when the snow goes, and that's definitely beyond me now.
The Magnificent Four are back this morning, attacking the bird food. I thought squirrels were supposed to hibernate - ours don't! :rotfl:
No news on DH's job interview.
On the bright side, I checked his new tax code this morning :money: and spotted an employer benefit which I queried. DH used to work in London and had a loan from his employer for his season ticket, but he hasn't worked in London for a year now - so that means that he can reclaim a bit of tax paid
This weekend we must also send his PPI claim to his bank
:coffee: decluttered, so back to flying. WM has just finished one cycle and needs emptying and refilling. See you later!0 -

Morning All
Hope you are all well, skint, glad you are both getting home, just take it easy!!
I had a serious case of CBA last night, after dailies, all I done was declutter some Come Dine with Me I had sky +ed! I did think about getting out the ironing board but it never materialised.
DH came in from work last night and said I looked tired and should have an early night so I must have been bad, so I took my book and went to bed around 11 (which is early for me), anything that was crossed of the list was because DH done it yesterday. DS has Anchor Boys tonight, so I will try harder, If I bring ironing board downstairs as soon as I get in then its only a matter of switching it on when he is out.
