*sideways glance at Pollybear with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek*

    Oh, Hi polly

    :D
  • I have decided to join in with this....really need to keep on top of cleaning!! Hope you dont mind me joining in, I *should* keep on top of it all doing it this way!

All I need to do is finish wiping the doors and appliances down, the floor and windowsill.

Most of what I have done took me half an hour and the rest will be done as I am cooking dinner tonight or when the littlies are in bed!

Dont have any things to do today apart from sort out nappies to dry and the load of washing that is in the machine atm!

    Hello again everyone
Hello to new people too. I did this properly for the first time last week, and it really does help to motivate you to get on with it!

Making good progress today although LO is now awake and v cross that he has a cold, so I will have to slow down a bit now.

    Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Clean floors
    [STRIKE]Clean microwave[/STRIKE]
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round N/A
[STRIKE]Wipe dining table [/STRIKE](clean table cloth if necessary) N/A
[STRIKE]Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front[/STRIKE] - did yesterday
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe window sill, clean any marks off window if required
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances[/STRIKE]
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
[STRIKE]Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week [/STRIKE] - wiped it over inside and out but it's still looking good from when the oven cleaning man did it.

    Declutter mission task
Sort one cupboard of your choice, yes any cupboard, if you're brave do the one you've been putting off all year so far, or just a simple one will do I clear as I go - for me this is going to be 15 minutes in my disaster area (study).

    Dailies
    Make beds
2 loads washing - 1 lot done and on the line, the next lot is in. I've also put away a pile of clean laundry from the weekend.
    S+S bathrooms
[STRIKE]Clear (some of) the junk from the landing[/STRIKE] (It's toys that the baby has yet to grow into but that are too young from DDs - garage for them temporarily - toys I mean, not DDs!!)
Pick ups from preschool and school (have already done the drop offs)
Make some chocolate chip bread in breadmaker for after school - may postpone this because there enough of the wholemeal I made yesterday for toast after school. I'll do the CC tomorrow I think. Supper - salmon, new pots and broccoli I think
Wrap and post a birthday pressie
Go to the tip - this is an extra I've just added on because I've got rid of so much clutter over the past few days and the bins are full. (I hate fortnightly rubbish collections - I do recycle a lot, but every two week collections are not good!)

Right, off now - need to find a tissue for LO's nose! Poor chap, he's acting like the weight of the world is on his shoulders. He looks so sorry for himself!

Oy! I'll have you know I've got a clean top on :D

It does still smell a bit whiffy in the kitchen even though I've wiped everything down and cleaned the sink. I think I've just still got the smell up my nose!

First load of washing dry, I've put some other stuff in now (dressing gowns), must make the most of this wind.

Right, I have 7 minutes left of my lunch hour as I start this post... How?
Went into DD's room to put away some games from downstairs and while I was on the floor trying to put them under the bed I noticed something hanging down from the heater  When I took a closer look it was hay-stuffing from her rocking horse  Had to take the guard and then the front of the heater off the wall, clear all the hay out of it and put it back. I then took a closer look at the rocking horse knowing that there was a small hole in it (about the width of a finger), found the hole and it's now the size of a fist  Rocking horse is now in our room and she's grounded for 14 days now (She was already grounded again for 10days for obviously lying to us 5 times!) and her stereo is out of her room for another 4 days ontop of the 3 she lost it for (climbing on a shelf in her wardrobe to reach her hanging rail instead of waiting or asking - wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't just a few mm thick  - this is what she lied to us about ) and I'm seriously considering getting rid of the rocking horse as she's been told I don't know how many times (I can recall at least 5!) not to pick at it or brush it's hair as it's coming apart. Anyway, I'm going to let her dad deal with her tonight as I'm likely to loose it with her. She was meant to be staying over at her cousins this weekend so OH and I could have some time on our own...not going to happen now  Doubly disappointed! She's meant to be going camping with IL's at the end of May and loosing that is the next level of punishment...I really hope it doesn't come to that though.:(

Apart from that I have actually managed to achieve quite a bit since my last post (remember I have a small kitchen :p ) :
    • Dailies
      • [STRIKE]Kitchen S&S[/STRIKE]
      • Evening meal - Partly done. It's stew made out of yesterdays leftovers (roast dinner) and I need to add to it to make it a meal as it's currently mostly stock
      • Uniforms out
    • Ebay Items to dispatch
    • IRONING
    • Manic Monday Kitchen
      • [STRIKE]Level One[/STRIKE]
        • [STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/STRIKE]
      • Level Two
        • Clean Floors
        • [STRIKE]Clean microwave[/STRIKE]
        • Wipe dining table (from having the baking on it)
        • [STRIKE]Sort fridge out[/STRIKE]
      • [STRIKE]Level Three[/STRIKE]
        • [STRIKE]Wipe windowsil & window[/STRIKE]
        • [STRIKE]Wipe cupboard doors[/STRIKE]
        • [STRIKE]Wipe appliances[/STRIKE]
        • [STRIKE]Clean Oven[/STRIKE]
Also put another load of washing out on the line, about to put another one out, and I've put the dish-drainer-thing in bleach water to soak. Need to go and turn it around 180degrees now so both ends have been bleached  Right, to the sink, washing line and then the ironing! *Rushes off to finish off!*
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Hello all!!!

Payday today so I have paid the bills.. and am about to update my siggy strip!! .. it looks fabulous compared to October!!! I keep checking my file to make sure I've not missed anything off because it seems to be so much reduced!!

I've got 18 towels out on the line.. and a load of other stuff.. 2 more loads in.. one in the dryer (socks and pants etc plus I ran out of line)

    DW is on
    BM has just finished
    worksurfaces were wiped yesterday.

However, I have set my RSI off in my wrist again so the majority of stuff is going to have to wait because I have it strapped up so can't do the wet work.. lol.. I have a bruise the size of a custard cream on the other hand so not using that one much either.

Lil_me.. sending you a PM in a mo. too.. re The Deep :)
