    Morning all :D

Did nothing at all in the house over the weekend and the house looks like a tip. As this is now my third week of Flying I'm hoping that it won't be too bad to get it up together again - just a bit more time picking up and putting away.

    Todays list

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    [STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/STRIKE]
    Clean floors
    [STRIKE]Clean microwave[/STRIKE]
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
[STRIKE]Wipe window sill, clean any marks off window if required[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky [/STRIKE]
Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week
    Declutter mission task
Sort one cupboard of your choice, yes any cupboard, if you're brave do the one you've been putting off all year so far, or just a simple one will do

    Also

    Bake cakes for freezer
    phone library
    post books sold on Amazon
Email for return code for top

    Have a good day, everyone.

    Hello,
I'm going to brave decluttering the main store cupboard in the kitchen which is the one I regularly throw things in when we get back from shopping and which all fall out on me when I go back in there! Have been meaning to do it for a couple of weeks, but now this has given me the push.

Of course I've got to do all the other things on the list too!

    Morning all :hello:

What a morning so far. I got so pre-occupied with baking last night that I didn't notice the time so didn't get around to making DD's lunch or ironing her PE kit (her uniform was done during the week last week - she has 2 cardigans & 3 dresses ;) ) so this morning I was up at 6.17am dressed & downstairs making packed lunches at 6.45 :o Finished them then attacked the PE kit... will remember next weekend  Well at least the ironing board is up so I'm going to tackle the small pile of ironing this afternoon once I've done todays load ;) Only just managed to get breakfast so I need to get on.

Best sort out a list now :

    Morning all.

Hope everyones ok. Ive havent caught up with the last weeks thread, but had a quick read of this one. lil_me i guess your ff fitted this time, yay!!!

Im sort of back in the land of the living. Absolutely shattered still and had 12hrs sleep last night!!! Had an absolute manic wend away with the TA at a competition wend and we won something!!! I ache all over, look like ive got a patchy tan from the number of bruises on me and had about 8hr sleep fri to sun! But it was soooo worth it. :D Im going to look so odd for the ball tonight with the dark circles and bags under the eyes and bruiese!!

Really annoyed though. Came back to the house and my housemate has gone away and things are a bit of a mess. Not an absolute tip but its really annoying with bits left everywhere, washing up to be done, floor needing to be hoovered, bath to be cleaned etc. It wasnt that bad before i left. grrrr.

I am about to try and whizz the kitchen following lil_me's list l2 and do the following
un pack from the wend and put away
washing out (was clever enough to remember to put my smelly stuff on last night!!)
    hoover downstairs
get my stuff ready for the ball tonight - staying at someones house in Oxford
    be at work for 12 - 6
get ready for ball and be in Oxford by 8 (30min drive!!)

right someone share the energy. mine was all used up by sat 3pm. Alternatively anyone got any match sticks to prop the eyes open???

Have a good day everyone and possibly see you Tues pm after crawling back home probably in a worse state than i was yesterday afternoon!!!

    Axxx

PS thanks for all the suggestions about what to wear for this eve, ive got a black dress, top hat and a whip for what should hopefully look like a ringmaster ish!!!

One load of washing done and on the line, blowing well.

Did most of the kitchen diner yesterday but I've vacuumed this morning.

Vacuumed living room and hall too (after dusting).

Thought I'd have a tidy in the larder. Found two big bags of cooking salt - I keep it to use on paths in icy weather. Thought I'd put them together on the same shelf.

Recleaned top of cooker to clean off salt......

Found a bit of vinegar left in a bottle so I thought I'd top up the vinegar shaker.

Cleaned up worktop again and changed vinegary t-shirt.....

Washed hands again which still smell of vinegar.

Think I'll just sit here for a while. It's safer.

They have also been attacking the storage unit with their toys in in the conservatory so off to survey the damage there in a min after my cuppa.

    Good morning everyone
Here's to another week of happy flying! (I hope!) It's a gorgeous sunny day here, so hopefully if things weren't so good for some of us last week, that will give us a lift!

    Here's my list:-
Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room - I don't have a dining room either, but my utility room needs to be included this week as it got left out last week and is a STATE

    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two
    Clean floors
    Clean microwave
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round N/A
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary) N/A
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
    Level Three
Wipe window sill, clean any marks off window if required
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week

    Declutter mission task
Sort one cupboard of your choice, yes any cupboard, if you're brave do the one you've been putting off all year so far, or just a simple one will do I clear as I go

    Dailies
    Make beds
    2 loads washing
    S+S bathrooms
Clear (some of) the junk from the landing (It's toys that the baby has yet to grow into but that are too young from DDs - garage for them temporarily - toys I mean, not DDs!!)
Pick ups from preschool and school (have already done the drop offs)
Make some chocolate chip bread in breadmaker for after school
Supper - salmon, new pots and broccoli I think
Wrap and post a birthday pressie

LO is asleep at the moment. He's got a cold so is not happy, but he seems to be trying to sleep through it which is the best thing I would have thought. (and it means I can get my jobs done). I'm off to get the first load of laundry on, then I'll make a coffee and drink it as I'm working in the kitchen.

I'll check in with everyone later, bye for now!
