Congratulations Maralum, can't believe i missed the anouncement yesterday!
Quick update of what i did on friday as i am pretty proud of myself. Slept til 2pm! (not so proud of that bit but i really needed it) then blitzed ds's room getting rid of all his old stuff and cleaning everywhere. Its so lovely in there i wish i could sleep in it! Mind you i might be tonight, as he watched dr who tonight and was "a little bit scared" so could result in a few nightmares. oops!Millions long for immortality who don't know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.0 -
Lil_me - aren't we mean thinking our OH want something as their being nice lol. Thing is thats normally why they are nice! Have said I don't mind if he plays golf tomorrow afternoon so he might feel gulity about going out. Slight change of plan, flicking through the tv and we have snooker on now, one of the players is best friends with DH cousin appernatley so we have to watch it.
But thanks embb forgot it was Most Haunted so forget the flim, we're watching that. Thing is though I normally end uo falling asleep waiting for it to get going so it better but good (did have sneaky snooze on the sofa this afternoon with the dogs so I should be ok).
Right, supposed to be looking online for a cardie or something to wear with my new dress but again, I'm one here. Doh! lolLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
Baby on board!:D0 -
lil_me you have worked really hard today! (and lots of other people have too).
I haven't worked that hard but I've done what I needed to. My washing basket is empty (but there's some stuff waiting in the machine that DD put straight in there after work, will be washed tomorrow when I've got a full load).
I tried to sit in the garden for 5 minutes earlier this evening, but the "dear" little girl from next door and her sidekick decided it would be fun to hang over my back gate and bark at my dog. Luckily she's pretty deaf but that's not the point. She and her brothers taught their own dog to bark by "barking" at it, a yappy little dog is just what we needed in the neighbourhood.....

Thanks, really nice for someone to just appreciate what I've done, especially when noone else seems to. Study 2 hours now done, one question finished, five to go
why on earth did I decide to do a maths degree! Not written up yet but hopefully got it right, my aim for tonight was to get one question done so knocking it on the head for tonight & start again tomorrow. Then two study blocks tomorrow of 2 hours each (depending how kids behave as to when I can do it) that's another 2, 2 more on Monday and one on Tuesday as I am at a meeting on the afternoon. Then hopefully all will be done!
tracyg - I'm always suspicious when they are being nice, mine might be the same, he did drop into conversation after that 'You have remembered I am out tomorrow then going to work'. Oh and the 'can you get me up at 11 so I can get there on time and make my dinner for when I get back before I go back out' all the fun of a Sunday! One day I might be more organised...........

Morning :hello:
Shirley I'm not surprised you're tired with the whopping lists you have everyday, tires me out just reading them.
Was up at 7.30 this morning as teenie needed a lift to work so I'm a bit frazzled at the mo seeing as I didn't get to sleep till gone 1am  Got the washing out and S&S'd the kitchen and just about to hoover through so not alls lost. Thinking about doing new pots and something for tea tonight, can't think what though, and because of the ridiculous non-shop this week there's not really much in so another trip to Asda is looming.
[STRIKE]S&S kitchen[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Washing out on line[/STRIKE]
3 more to go ^^^^
shop for tea
cook tea
sort dry washing out into piles
My front and back grass is desperate for a cut too, it's growing like wild fire, but as usual I've left it till it's unmanageable and will take forever to do so I'm putting it off, viscious circle springs to mind. I think if teenie comes in early enough today I'll ask him to make a start on it.
Laters lovelies x0 -
