Right, day 99.... what did I accomplish yesterday from my list?
    - worked in the garden - cut down some overhanging branches, cut back shrubs encroaching onto the front patio (not enough there, more needed), swept up on said patio (more needed), at the back I chopped down some of the grass that had grown to a foot high (with a pair of shears, lol!), watered the plants still in pots, and cleared the pathway (more needed).
    - cleaned in the kitchen (more needed, ha), got my email working again (and dealt with more than 300 messages waiting for me, oops).
    - have managed to cut down my refined sugar intake, and no chocolate for a few days either.

    Today? Lets have a think:
    - I'm working on the spread betting on my virtual account- was stupid, went in too fast on only one indicator, "paid" the price, silly me, newbie mistake.
    - the house: washing things, tidying things, so I can clean tomorrow.
    - shopping (and I thought this week was going to be no spend from now on. I need a summer weight duvet, and some nice towels, and a houseplant, and maybe a lightweight mug. And I need to go into my Tesco order and order some more stuff. Hi ho.

Thats it. Hey, I can use this post as my action plan for today. Thanks all - good luck for today, everyone.

    Day 2's progress :

    1) Lose some weight
Well, we were at my mums yesterday so 2 balanced old fashioned meals & only had a very very small slice of lemon meringue pie & no cream, and no snacking which honestly is an improvement for me!

    2) eat a salad meal at least once every 2 days.
Salad planned for tonight, with HM pate:D

    3) Have at least 1 chocolate free day every week.
That's 2 chocolate free days in a row! But I could feel the pangs last ngiht, so am not going to push it today, will allow myself to have to have a bit I think!

    4) List at least one item a week on ebay or amazon or do a car boot sale.
Got 3 watchers on my previously unsellable ebay cupboard. Also yesterday Mum donated LOADS! of their old stuff to our car boot sale, as long as we can bet a babysitter things are looking good for Sunday:D

    5) Cleanse my face everynight.
    Still on track with this.

    6) Be stricter with myself about sticking to the grocery budget.
Tonight will be the acid test..............

    7) Use that flipping Davina MaCall workout DVD at least once a week!
Planned for tomorrow morning, but I did also do 6 miles on my mums exercise bike yesterday as a bonus:D

Hope everyone else is enjoying their own challanges;)

    Hi all,

Just a small update on my "progress" other the last 2 days of the challenge.

Firstly I have started on a health kick although I havent yet done any major exercise as I reckon it could be the first and the last I would do ;)

I have totally cut fizzy drink from my diet and am taking less sugar in tea and coffee. I will also work on trying to cut down on my Coffee consumption other the next couple of weeks.

I have started making sure I eat a regular breakfast before leaving for work and one thig ive noticed doing this even over the last 2 days is that I dont need to buy snacks at work as Im no longer hungry around 11am.

I pathetically managed to do 20 press-ups a day before I'm gasping for air and thinking I may have a small heart attack! I guess baby steps are better than nothing though.

I have also started my budget for the week although I couldnt find Moozies challenge thread and printed out a calander what I am going to make sure gets filled in each day.

I have also downloaded the Turbolister software for Ebay and will start listing some stuff hopefully at the weekend as I seem to be hectic at work this week.

    Onwards and upwards!

    I'm pretty sure I couldn't do 20 press ups!
Well we started sorting out the flat on Mon and have got rid of some boxes but we were both home late last night so didn't get anything done in the flat. But have cooked healthy meals all week and have loads of vegetables that need to be used up before we go away tomorrow so will have another healthy meal tonight. Haven't done any exercise yet though, so going to go for a run after work! Other task for today is to not eat any chocolate!

Seems you are all doing very well.;)

    Day 2

    1. Hate my Job - Updated CV and applied for 2 jobs. Also registered with an Agency.
    2. Fat & Frumpy - No junk food, cakes or biccies for 2 days. Going to walk to Post Office instead of car. Yoga and exercise bike today. Started proper "beauty routine" and making more of an effort for psychological boost.
    3. Sell house - very quiet - only 2 viewings, no offers - just gotta be patient. Not my strong point.:rotfl:

So have added another one that I can control -

    4. Seriously skint - Restarted spending diary - doing store cupboard & freezer challenge. Sorting out some more clutter for carboot on Sunday.

    99 days to go.
Keep up the good work everyone.

    99 days to go!

I had a lunchtime meeting today so a least I sat down and ate my banana but on the bad side I didn't get to have a drink all day - not even water so today I FAILED totally! I haven't had any silly snacks though - no picks whilst preparing tea either so I'm happy about that.

Question - How much weight would I have to loose before anyone would notice?
Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me

Day 99. I've been invited for a second interview on Friday, which I'm really pleased about

I've eaten ok up until this evening - I've now had half a bottle of wine, hic! (norrrrty okra)

As for the running aim, I've done nothing towards that at all. I think I'm secretly hoping that, if I lose the weight, someone resembling Sally Gunnell will emerge from under the cellulite already able to run a few miles without breaking a sweat. I can't run at the moment anyway, too much wobbling going on. Must concentrate on the weight loss tomorrow.
