Just managed to unlock my Samsung U600 with the folllowing codes.
    4. Your handset should now be unlocked.
and barred as the 7337 code resets the imei to 15 0's on newer samsungs such as the d900/d900i, e250 and the u600
  • Its not barred i've been using it

I would reccomend never to sue that unlocking method as it can barr your phone as gaming guy says it can also make the phone over heat and set on fire in certain cases, its noty a proper unlocking method.
  • Ah I see, ok . Thats a better response than "and barred as the 7337 code resets ......" when it wasn't barred. How do I unlock it safer ? Can I undo what I've done? Just as well I got insurance I guess...

I would take it to an unlocking shop where they will use a clip, I dont think there is a cheap clip that you can buy off ebay so the safest and easiest way is to use a clip most unlocking shops will have, the insurance may not pay out if any damage is caused to the phone with the way you have 2unlocked " it as what you have done is called a full eeprom reset, this is a big no no to us pro unlockers for the reasons I have in my earlier post. There is no way to reverse it.

my Imei is 15 zeros what can i do ?

You will have to take it to a service repair centre as no phone shop will try and repair this as they would no know why the IMEI has been changed and it would be illegal for them to change it back.

there is some s/w around on the web to unlock it if you have the correct cable otherwise cheapest way is to buy code from someone with access to vodacode database for about £10 or take it to your local unlocker
