Hi
RE: Sagem My411x on Orange
I am wondering if there is any way to unlock my son's new phone. He still has some credit to use up on his virgin sim but his new sagem phone is locked to Orange.
Can it be done free? Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.

I have 2 Sony Ericsson phones through a Vodafone contract as I have just had an upgrade. One is a V600i, the other is a V630i.
My partner has lost his phone which is on an O2 contract and has got a replacement SIM card. I thought that I would be able to give him one of my phones as previous Vodafone contract phones I have had have been unlocked.
However both phones are coming up with the message "Insert correct SIM card" when I try to use the O2 SIM card. Does this mean that the phones are locked to the Vodafone network and if so is it possible to get them unlocked?
It seems a waste of money to have to buy him a new phone when I have one too many!
Any help and advice gratefully received.0 -
They will be locked....there are a few people here who can possibly provide a code for you (at a charge) if the phones are on the vodafone database....if they cannot help then you have 2 choices, looking at a market for phone stalls who unlock (can range from £10-£25) or going to a vodafone store where they will charge £20 for the unlock code if you've had the phone for under a year.......if you've had the phone for over a year they will provide the code free of chargeWelcome, rogerramjet.

How much do you think it'll cost to get motorola w375 unlocked? It's currently on t-mobile.Thanks0

Im confused !.I have a motorola v3 my daugter gave me on T mobile,I put my orange sim in and had many happy times on it.
When my daughters new phone was being repaired she borrowed it back and used her sim again.
During this period of me not having the phone I forgot the I think special 4 digit code I had to enter every time I switched it on,and now so has my daughter.
Does it mean I will have to take it to someone to do this unlocking process or is there anything else I can do.Thanks if you know.0
