Hi Jacky,there is no code to unlock the e350 that I know of, you can get an unlocking clip on ebay £4.99 to hire one or £7.00 to buy, they just clip into your phone and when you power it on it unlocks it. What I tell people to do is buy the clip and once they have unlocked it, resell it on ebay and that way it costs you nothing.

It should work on any network,its rare for a phone to be unlocked to just a couple.
