I have a siemens CL75 phone and wondered if there were any genuine sites out there offering free unlocking codes? any advice would be much appreciated.

I am hoping to get the software today for unlocking these phones, so hopefully I will be able to unlock it for you today sometime. What is the IMei number and what network is the phone on ?
