As long as you're out of contract, phone up Vodafone, pay the fee for the network unlock code and unlock it yourself.

Is it any Vodafone number & do you know how much it costs?

    Thank's xxx

Why are you posting it here? You should have posted it on the Ebay, Auctions and Car Boot forum, they'd have sorted it out long ago.

You'll just have to say you made a mistake, it's not for sale and put up with a neg and possibly a strike as a non-performing-seller. Ebay can't make you sell it. If the person pays via PayPal you'll just have to refund and put up with the inevitable hassle. If you're getting abuse, report it to eBay.. If they threaten violence, report it to the police.

In future there are options to prevent: overseas bidders, bidders with poor history, bidders without a credit card on file, in your seller options.
Blessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.

    Thank You,

It's going to be a very long day. I am a genuine person who listened to advise on here & it was not correct, now I have to put up with the hassle.

I am really not going to use Ebay anymore once this is sorted out. It;s just not worth the hassle

If you want to sell it with minimum hassle, you could try one of the High Street buyers like CEX. I haven't used them and they may not offer the best price, but they probably won't threaten you either.

If you know anyone - get them to accidently bid £6666 and then not pay.

No, you can mutually agree not to complete the transaction without penalty.
