    well an appeal tribunal service has ruled that the dismissal selection process would be automatically unfair

    an employment tribunal would have to accept that judgement

    How do you prove it was unfair?

    What if it then shows up that you did score the lowest? Then what? You look an idiot for taking it that far and forefit your reference.

    an employer does not have to take back an employee, but the employer would be subject to a possible 25 % uplift on any award

    What the hell is a 25% uplift? Award?

    If it was this easy to get a pay out plus a 25% on top of this then we'd all be doing it, no?

    IF you want a reference from your company that you have worked with for many years you walk away and they win.

    you might also look at the employment rights act as well

    i do not degrade into gutter fights, i am better than that and will not lower myself to it
