You should have asked her if that was to a 95% confidence level or 99%.skintchick wrote: »My DD asked me why I had worn a particular belt the other day (she's 3).
I said "I like it, I thought it looked nice. Don't you?"
"no" she said "I think it looks random"
:rotfl:You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
It's nice to know its not just me:D OH calls them my randoms because he says they're in my head I think about it, it comes out in randoms:rotfl:
Stream of consciousness - as I am forever telling my mother, there really are some things that should stay firmly inside her head instead of bothering relatives who end up staring at her with that "!!!!!!, do I look like I care" look.
Which is fine until I turn into my mother - unfortunately the signs are already there and the prognosis is not good.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Carbon dating isn't actually much good for fossils. Especially older ones.0

SHe'd have an answer!
Or she'd ask me "what that mean Mummy?" and then I'd be in trouble! :rotfl::cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Just add a pinch of salt during cooking -takes it from bland to yummy in one easy stepMan plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -

Ps you should like me, dh is often shocked at the amount of ponderings that comes out of my mouth lol x
Now I have some of this to use up - it is not my most favourite. However, I have been experimenting with adding a bit more milk with a few seconds extra cooking or a bit less milk with regular timing as I like a stodgier porridge. Today instead of microwave i heated it on the stove and left it to cool - that had the best results as it kind of sets.
I have to have these conversations with myself though as Kid's Dad thinks I going into a manic phase and wants me to up my medication. Glad to know Im not the only one!I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
I totally agree with you, porridge and milk have to have a perfect consistency. Next time he mentions the oil in the car, which half Arsenal scored in, or his shaving rash tell him you'd rather discuss porridge. But be careful this could turn int Porridgegate unless you keep a close eye on it.0
