Don't mention your porridge !!

OH and I were chatting (translates to I was talking to him!) and I was saying about how tricky it is to get the milk consistency just right for the porridge ( translate that to 'OMG you are boring me with your witterings:rotfl:) when he stops me and says ' don't mention the porridge , I could not give a monkeys bottom about your porridge conumdrum':rotfl:

How rude:eek::rotfl:: he says ' I can't listen to the porridge saga so don't mention the porridge'( translate that to you need to get out more and concern yourself over something that actually matters:rotfl:)

Every time he looks at me he burst out laughing now because he remembers the look on my face :rotfl:

There must be an art to the perfect bowl of porridge:D:D:rotfl:

per person 1/2 mug of oats, 1 mug of water/milk (or mix, I like half water half milk). Microwave 4 mins in Huge bowl, stir halfway.

Not sure this will solve your problem though :rotfl:

My DD asked me why I had worn a particular belt the other day (she's 3).

I said "I like it, I thought it looked nice. Don't you?"

"no" she said "I think it looks random"
