  • I am back ( with me tail between me legs, ) I hope, your all well, and still on your missions to be a MFW!!! God, I havnt been on here for so long, so much has happened, desperately need to update my sig, it's changed, some bits for the better, more for the worse though. I got a new car, but on the plus side, still been O/P on me mortgage £162.10 p/mth!!! Still smoking, need to knock that one on the head, hasn't been to bad though, I have a Spanish friend, who is always visiting home, luckily!! Just awaiting my new mortgage statement through, hate it now it comes every year, instead of every 3 months, then i shall update, my sig.

Back, again, due to technical issues, re: changing my password, hope this is it now!!! I am a little bit excited, tomorrow I am ringing up Nram, my mortgage lender to up my o/ps by another £150 p/mth!!! You watch the !!!!!!s increase the interest rates now!!!
I know I have a lot owing on my loan, and I know I should be paying that of first, but I just want to make the most of the rates, whilst they are as low as they are, I suppose by o/paying on my mortgage I feel like I am achieving more, as my loan rate won't change.

Just seeing that my mortgage balance is under £100k is a great feeling, I can finally see my o/ps making progress!!!

Wishing you all well, on your MF journey!!!

Thank you!!! You know what I was doing, I kept putting k instead of K, such a blonde!!! Lol

Well, I've rung up Nram, and I've done it, increased my O/Ps from £162.90 to £312.90 p/month, kept it capped still, incase of in interest rise, I got an up to date balance whilst on the phone, and it was £88.90 less, than what I had worked out, even better!!! 😊

I few years ago, when I started my post, getting my mortgage under £100k, was my milestone, and now I'm there!!! Yay!! So I am currently sat in my garden enjoying the sunshine, on my day off with a bottle of wine I treated myself to, as a pat on the back !! 😊
