What little/silly things do you secretly (or not) LOVE that your OH does

Brings me tea in bed every morning and I have never once had to defrost the car since we moved in together. Even if he hasn't got to leave for work at the same time as me he still clears my car of ice/snow and warms it up for me - that is worth more to me that a bouquet of flowers any day!! That's the 2 things that instantly spring to mind but I'm sure there are many many more

So my hubby:
Goes out in his dressing gown to scrape ice off my car;
Warms my travel coffee cup then makes my coffee for me to take to work;
Turns the radiator up when Im cold and puts my fluffy slippers on top;
Does the very late pick up runs to collect MY daughter;
Buys chocolate & diet coke to try to avert PMT (lol worth a try)
You like being warm then Jinx?
What a fab step-dad!0 -
My hubby is the most unromantic man in the world and then he surprises me with something little - like the time it was my birthday. He knows I always read a daily online newspaper while having my breakfast - this particular time he had set the computer to play 'happy birthday' as soon as I logged in!!

My OH, is really good around the house. We share all the chores, he will do his share of the cooking, cleaning, and he doesn't leave dirty laundry dumped in front of the washing machine, he actually puts it in (unlike my ex!).
I feel we have a really equal, sharing relationship. Can't believe we will have been together 3 years this April

My OH is amazing with my kids, especially my son (who has a few medical issues and is a major handful) - when my son is ill during the night, my OH gets up and trots off through to my sons bed, so that my son can get in with me (there's not enough room for 3!).
He makes me coffee when I'm stressed, and the other day, I came downstairs to find the coffee machine burbling away for me.
He makes my daughters friends feel welcome here, and never moans when the bathroom is full of 10 year olds giving each other makeovers.
And when I decided to withdraw my son from school and home educate him, he was my most loyal supporter, and even had a go at my mum when she was being negative about it.0 -
Ooh, I keep bopping between the two "love 'em, hate 'em" threads!
- I love the way he doesn't change anything in the car when he drives it - he leaves everything set the way I set it
- I love the way he comes into the kitchen to see if I need any help.... just as I'm about to dish up - that's also on my 'annoying' list, weirdly. He knows I hate it when he hangs about the kitchen
- I love the way he uses every inch of bathtowel when he dries himself - very economical
- I love the way he uses baby powder on his feet after his shower - his feet might be ugly but they do smell good!

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

- I love the way he lets me pick what to watch on TV when we go to bed even when he knows I'll be asleep in 5 minutes
- I love the way he never complains when I have to repeat the same episode of Star Trek for 7 nights in a row because I kept falling asleep.... even though he's watched it all the way through.... 7 times :rotfl:

Gets on top of me when I'm cold in bed (which is all the time).My favorite has got to be - He NEVER moans when I put my cold feet on him in bed. How can that not bother him?? I would HATE it.
It's all about give and take....:oValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
