  • Some of these are so funny :)

He warms me up in bed (I am always cold!)

He is generous and puts a lot of thought into gifts for me

He doesn't complain when I have to ask him to park the car when I get back from somewhere (parking is crazy round us) and will nearly always drive

He's always grabbing me which I pretend to complain about but secretly like (unless he startles me and I crack my head off something lol)

    He always says thank you

He is nice to people whoever they are

He does do his share in the house. Not always to my standards but he does it :)

He has a truly amazing work ethic

It feels good to think about this, thanks OP

He always makes me a cuppa when I get in from work.
    He'll happily peel veg/wash up/dry up.
He'll cuddle me for hours if I feel under the weather.
He'll pack and wrap my ebay sales.
He'll take them to the post office.
He'll stop what he's doing if I want to talk.
He's encouraging and supportive no matter what harebrained scheme I come up with.
    He makes me laugh.
He's fabulous and he makes me so happy! :D

    He washes up :)
He lets me plait his beard and hair and doesn't complain
He lets me warm my cold body up on him and rest my cold feet on him til I'm warm
He rubs my back and plays with my hair to get me to sleep
He doesn't moan if I'm having a funny day, he finds chocolate
He always posts cute pictures on FB if he finds them.

I love my OH because ...

If I hear a noise in the middle of the night that worries me, I can waken him from the deepest sleep to go and investigate it, and he never complains.

They are my chickens, but he will get up at the crack of dawn to let them out of their coop, as he says he doesn't want to disturb my sleep.

He worries about our Guinea Pigs being out in the cold, and will go and check at least once a day to make sure they have plenty of warm bedding.

He has put in many hard working hours to make our garden look beautiful.

He always asks me what I want to watch on TV, and will hand me the control.

The list goes on .. He is pretty wonderful
Some days I wake up Grumpy ... Other days I let him lie in.

I've contributed to the other thread but struggling to contribute to this one...... Urmmmmm well let's see...... There must be something......

I really can't. Everything I love I tell him, there must be something I secretly love.... I'll be back when I've found it.
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

he's very affectionate and loves being snuggled up on the couch with me.

he tells me i'm beautiful when i've just woke up

he's so good at what he does! sounds odd but he's a developer and i heart geeks, love watching him write code.

watching the cat curl up on him makes my heart melt

'if you turn over i can spoon you' is the best phrase in the world

he worries when i'm driving. which sounds patronising but i think it's sweet. of course, it isn't helped by the many times i come home and say 'omg i nearly died!' when telling tales of bad drivers lol

he lets me squeeze the spots on his back. disgusting but i love doing it

he's so faithful that he never even notices if another woman is flirting with him.

he's great with kids and i know he'll make an excellent dad.

he's a proper goofball and makes me laugh and laugh. he once acted out the lyrics of 'comfortably numb' whilst driving home and watching phantom last night his great theory was 'maybe she's just sleepwalking then cracking one off in the cellar'. i laughed for ten minutes. it helps that i have a very childish sense of humour

he's very shy and easily embarassed but he's come to gynae appointments and tests and had his swimmers discussed whilst we're struggling to conceive and he's taken it all with such good grace, especially considering i have no shame and share way too much lol

I thought I'd better put something in this thread as the post in the other thread was a bit long :rotfl:

DH wakes me with a cup of coffee every morning and always has a coffee waiting for me when I return to work

He always does nice gestures; gives me a shoulder massage when I'm feeling stressed, when I'm feeling down, always asks 'do you want to talk about it' and listens when it's important and I came home the other day to find that he'd cleaned the whole house from top to bottom on his day off

He is completely oblivious to women flirting with him, which they do quite alot, and doesn't 'get' how gorgeous he is

He's the opposite to me in so many ways, and there are many things I'm (secretly) in awe of, such as his artistic creativity (of which I have none at all)

Apart from a few exceptions, he gets on with everyone, and people seem to like him instantly

There are just too many to list really - I'm very lucky :D

I forgot mine is also oblivious to flirting women, and when I point it out he doesn't even care about them doing it, and giggles that I find it funny.
We both have a very childish sense of humour (down to laughing at each others bum trumpets) and I can guarantee something will set him off

My DH also lets me squeeze his back spots :rotfl: gross but so oddly satisfying :)

He's brilliant at DIY and I can go to him with the vaguest of ideas 'I want a shelf with a light that stands on its own' and he will manage to build exactly what I was thinking of :)

The first date we had I mentioned that I absolutely love running my hands up shaved hair, and he has had his head shaved up the back ever since.

Though he does moan about it, he always lets me put my ice cold feet on his warm legs to warm them up

He always knows when im in one of my moods where I need to have a rant and will purposefully agravate me to let me have my hissy fit :o
