What little/silly things do you secretly (or not) LOVE that your OH does

Totally stealing victory's idea and turning it around to sister the 'what silly things irritate you about your OH' thread...equality and all that
He leaves post-it messages for me occasionally, with cute and funny messages.
He has kept EVERY card I ever got him. Whilst only together about 20months, there are more than you'd think!
He buys me birthday/Christmas cards/gifts off my cats, who I dote on, despite
the fact I think it kills him inside.
He remembers what I was wearing the day we met when he is usually a bit poor with details.
When we see road kill, he tells me it is 'sleeping' as he knows it upsets me (I'm a total pansy with things like that).
He holds my hand in bed if it is too warm to cuddle.

This will sound really weird, but when we go to bed, he always takes my glasses off for me

I also have to say he's a saint for coming down to see me all the time, i know he really doesn't like travelling a lot but he's never once complained about it.
And i love how he'll call me randomly just to tell me he loves me

My OH takes over the cooking when I'm ill or struggling, part selfishly and part so he can make sure I'm eating, cos he loves me

My hubby does a lip biting thing when he concentrates and it always reminds me of when we first went out as he has always done it lol.
He also is useless at remembering storylines in films, DS and I just last night had a giggle trying to get him to recall films he has only recently seen-he gets convinced he knows what happens and is always totally wrong lol.

My favorite has got to be - He NEVER moans when I put my cold feet on him in bed. How can that not bother him?? I would HATE it.
He always calls me beautiful. (And I am certainly not!) but he has been telling me every day for years.
I love it when in the morning he leaves me two weetabix in a bowl waiting for me to splash milk on. Thoughtful little things like that really. He always records my favorite programme (Eastenders - ahem..) if he knows im going to miss it.The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -
OK, I'll take this opportunity to remember the good things my hubby does:
- he always makes me a coffee when I get home from work
- he looks out for programmes he knows I'll like and puts them in the planner
- he's got great taste in shoes (for me that is)
- he's never once blamed me for our debt problems
- he gets words mixed up all the time
- he can't sing to save his life and thankfully doesn't try
- he takes on the role of home barman so I don't have to traipse to the garage for drinks/ice etc.

I make my sandwiches in the evening for lunch at work the next day, leaving my lunchbox in the fridge overnight. Every now and then, I open that lunchbox at work to find Marley has added a little extra - a love note, or some chocolate, hidden under the sandwiches :heartpuls:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Hrmm this is gonna be fun.
When I decide to retire to bed early on a weekend night, it is pretty funny to hear him trying to explain to our son about 'Daddy playing online football game and you can watch and cheer me on'. I can well hear them 2 chatting away and laughing together.
If I decide to have a bath then wash my hair, I normally call out for him to get me the shower head (shockling lazy I know but it is too cold to stand up from my bath and get it myself lol). And he has been doing it each time.0 -
So my hubby:
Goes out in his dressing gown to scrape ice off my car;
Warms my travel coffee cup then makes my coffee for me to take to work;
Turns the radiator up when Im cold and puts my fluffy slippers on top;
Does the very late pick up runs to collect MY daughter;
Buys chocolate & diet coke to try to avert PMT (lol worth a try)Light Bulb Moment - 11th Nov 2004 - Debt Free Day - 25th Mar 2011 :j0
