Nope. Airline should have a claim form online.

Is there any reason to go via the airline claim form rather than using a tool like Resolver? Or even a template such as those provided by MSE?
Just wondering!0 -
some airlines only deal with EU261 requests via their claim forms. They will have a process in place to work through the submissions. There are often boxes for all the key information and automation will help with swift assessment. Anything coming in outside of that process is likely to be delayed / ignored and may involve more manual intervention....maybe someone at their end will have to submit the information into the form format....may get dealt with eventually but I would expect a non-standard submission to take much longer0

Some airlines will just plain ignore Resolver. It does nothing more than you can do with letters/emails.

Hi Speedqueen. Fortunately AviationADR contacted me!!!! Surprised after all I had read about them and their lack of accessibility. I know I had a very decent case but was still surprised at how quickly it was settled. I was expecting to have to go via Bott and Co or Small Claims Court.0

On a trip to China last month, KLM left my case in Amsterdam. I had to buy clothes, and get a taxi to Jinan airport (KLM did not have an office there) and back - a long way - a few days later to collect the case when it eventually arrived. On return 12 days later I immediately logged the case online. I originally just submitted the receipts and they turned me down within a few hours saying I didn't have a Property Irregularity Report. I did actually have one, from a KLM rep at Chengdu airport (where I entered China) and I immediately submitted it (online and via email).
It's now 5 weeks since I submitted the PIR, and I've heard nothing. How long is reasonable to wait?
As a potential future option I am looking at the European Online Dispute Resolution platform FWIW: are there other options to pursue?0 -
Can any one work out why KLM are telling me I didn't arrive at my destination over 3hrs late? Single booking, two flight trip from BHX > AMS > WAW, travelling on the 4th of May 2026.
BHX > AMS
KL1406 Scheduled 1325 / 1526 - Actual Timing 1439 / 1646
AMS > WAW
KL1317 Scheduled 1700 / 1846 - Actual Timing 1709 / 1903 (I missed this connection)
KLM re-booked me onto LOT Polish Airlines as the next departure:
LO268 Scheduled 1945 / 2135 - Actual Timing 2034 / 2220.
So KLM should have got me into WAW at 1846, but, due to missing the 1h 34min connection (late arrival, runway constraints at AMS, then no ground crew to load luggage, decided to leave without luggage, airport insisted they had to take it, slot missed) - so KLM rebooked me onto LOT on the same booking code - I finally landed into WAW at 2220 albeit on LOT.
Should have been there at 1846. Got there at 2220.
Why therefore are KLM saying I didn't arrive over three hours later than scheduled, what am I missing?

Are KLM saying what timings they're comparing that give a different answer, or are they perhaps denying compensation due to extraordinary circumstances?
