Did you include a -e on your particulars of claim when submitting an MCOL? If yes, then write to court with a polite letter and copy into Thomson, pointing out that these have already been provided.
In your letter to Thomson, don't be so polite.
If not, then still do the above, as presumably you included all the a-e in your orginal claim to Thomson? If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

JPears thankyou. Yes i specified a-e on my initial Resolver claim, my follow up and my NBA. I omitted the reference number unfortunately on the MCOL. Thanks for your advice. I'll send a letter to the Court - i wasn't sure how to re-submit hence my query. Helen0

I was also on that Santorini flight and put a claim in with CEDR which they accepted and have given Thomson until 14th November to pay up. 3 days to go, I am hopeful.:)0

Fingers crossed for you.
Could you post when you get your money please. Would you mind then if i referenced this back to Thomson? It may stop them messing me around over the Court claim. Thanks. Helen0 -
CEDR adjudicator has accepted our claim today. I have just accepted the decision and Thomson have 20 days to make payment. Fingers crossed!!0

Hello all
I have just logged in to my claim and found the following:
DQ sent to Thomson Airways Ltd on 07/11/2016
Thomson Airways Ltd filed a DQ on 14/11/2016
DQ filed on 14/11/2016
Your claim was transferred to LIVERPOOL on 14/11/2016
I sent my directions questionnaire by post on 11th. That is not registering yet online.
I am assuming that form is a dq?? If so, how come Thomsons get first choice of Court?
I requested BATH as the Court
Any enlightenment gratefully received
Thanks
Helen0
