Just about to to the NBA letter but do I use the Wigmore Lane, Luton address or the Fleming Way, West Sussex address? I've been given different advice from different people and it doesn't take much to confuse me..

Also. do I need to put a name or will "Dear Sir \Madem " do?

    Thanks:)

Thanks for the replies. Just another quick question, is it better to send a paper letter or would an email be ok? I have a sticker with all the flight details on and if I email I can send a photo of this as an attachment but I'm not going to send it in the post.

    Thanks again

    Hi guys,

I've had what i assume is the standard reply and the forms to be filled in which include the following:
    Boarding passes..(i don't have these)
Check in time.....(i have no idea what time we checked in)

It also says it is essential that i include my ticket from the flight, obviously i do not have this after nearly 6 years.

Any ideas what i should put on the forms?

Boarding passes > not retained but assume you have retained your portion.
Check in time > we checked in in accordance with your policy ie we were at the desk at (two) hours prior to departure
Tickets > no longer retained however I can provide evidence, if necessary, that I was on said flight.

    Thanks 111KAB,

I know this may seem like a daft question but what you've told me to put for the Boarding passes and check in time shall i put a covering letter or squeeze it onto the standard form which they have sent me?

I don't want to come across as a bit of an amateur when they read my letter if that makes sense.

I'm going to pop into my local travel agents and ask for them to print out any documentation they still have which refers to me being on that flight.

My claim is not with Thomson so I haven't seen the form but I would 'squeeze in' as all airlines seem highly proficient at 'loosing' bits of paper especially when the claim word is mentioned.
Good idea re travel agents printout - make sure you keep a copy.
