Yep pretty much what I sent them to get the response I posted,

*Huge sigh* I've been liaising with someone from the social media team who suggested my 3 claim forms were sent for her attention. Sent by recorded post a week ago. I've just got word today that she's not received them _pale_

Just checked the RM site. It was delivered "...from our LUTON Delivery Office on 22/01/13..." (ie the next day).

I've asked the woman at Monarch to instigate a search and get back to me urgently.

suelees1 i sent our claim forms recorded delivery on 16th jan and according to track and trace they were delivered on 17th. i asked the social media lady on facebook last week to check if they had received them and she couldnt find them but rang me and asked for a list of all names which she checked. she went to claims dept and said there was that much that it would be impossible for her to find them and i should wait until this friday (1st feb) and ring them to see if they had been logged yet! so will be over 2 weeks by then that they have had mine. just hoping someone else on the same flight has already claimed and the flight been investigated which would make it quicker

Miracles! I've just had an email to say they've got it and that she'll get back to me when she knows where it's up to in the processing.

I emailed mine and phoned them and they logged it immediately

Maybe the next thing to do on the FB page is to start asking how many staff are employed in the EU claim dept?
