Yes, I'm not aware that Luton is renowned for its restorative and recuparitive properties ...

Write to the Luton Court, as Centipede says. It sounds like a simple mistake, and they ought to be able to rectify reasonably easily and reallocate to your local court.

When we completed the questionnaire I did put down all the health issues at that time, explained that the least amount of exercise caused severe distress and discomfort, the pneumonia was only diagnosed 2 weeks ago, and the fluid round the heart 4 weeks, so the last 2 they did not know about, everything else yes, I made sure they knew, it was on all the questionnaires


My understanding from the 0844 number that covers Luton, they have a back log of work:rotfl::rotfl: wonder why!!!! and they had no idea how long it would take to clear.....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all I hope that I am posting in the correct place ? ive looked at all the flights listed on the start of this thread and I cant see anything there for the flight I was on. so im asking if there is any info yet as to why there was a nearly 7 hour delay and has anyone had any success yet with trying to claim for it ?

details are - Outbound Flight Details :
Sun 15-JUL-2012 Flight No. ZB 248 (Monarch Airlines)
Departing Gatwick 10:15 hrs
Arriving Sharm El She 16:20 hrs

Ahhh thankyou, and honestly after reading through the posts in march where it appeared that Monarch were digging their heels in I felt that I was possibly wasting my time starting the process, but ive now seen that Monarch are finally starting to deal with things I will start the process now, I was trying a cheeky jump forward by posting to see if anyone already knew of the reasons for the flight delay on that particular flight, thanks for the advice

I assumed as much. In Monarch's world it is black, black, BLACK!!!

Well im used to fighting things in life so ready for the fight, initial letter and copy of flight booking is in the envelope ready to be popped into the post but im struggling to find where it needs to be sent, can anyone help please ?
