Monarch delays & Compensations. Listed flights denied in O.P.

Well for an unusual change in this court claim, my husbands court date has arrived first, am still waiting mine...

It states the usual Witness statement for everyone including him, who will give evidence at the hearing and send a copy to of every witness statement to the other party and another copy to the court at least 14 days before the hearing.

I would appreciate some help with the statement , just to make sure, we have it right and have included the most important parts....

and that the list of docs I have prepared are ok....

I have 2 weeks to do this in....

Sadly since we instigated this claim , my husbands health has deteriorated quite dramatically, and he may well not be able to speak at the hearing, that is going to fall tome:j:j.....

When we returned his questionnaire we did put down 1 witness....

All pointers and help will be appreciated, obviously I do not wish tou put up before it has been sent to the "defendant" sou would appreciate it if we could do it via pm.....

thanks for that info 111KAB, it was nice to hear the judge wasn't having any of it. Even so, they said our delay was due to bad weather in another country and yet they quote 'Technical Failure' ... that won't look good when it goes to court. They need to make up their minds which one it is.

NBS is notice before action or letter before action, both mean the same thing....

If you got o the very first page of this thread you will find links to lots and lots of tempalates and information....

for your court action there are 2 routes the MCOL which is done online..... or the old fashioned way which is paperform, you can fill it in online and print it off....

hi again, i have been trying to use flight stats and i can not figure out how to find how long my flight was delayed for i have registerd on the site but still no joy, i was on the monarch flight from newcastle to sanford arport on august the 30th 2008
