I've no doubt you'll find it somewhere amongst the many videos on YouTube showing the true face of Atos!!

Hello...To the Atos Rep, Can I just ask How long do you normally wait after submitting the ESA50 form to hear back from Atos/Dwp with regards to passing or needing an appointment?

Thinking about it, It might not have been Panorama, Channel four also did an undercover type program about Atos.

I would have thought we would have had now by now as most big company's do normally put one out if they have been Debated about in the the house.

A man with terminal brain cancer is among those being told they are 'fit for work' under the government's work capability assessment programme, new research has discovered.

Other figures told they would lose their disability benefit included someone with no short-term memory mechanism and an incontinent disabled man who is both blind and deaf.

"The work capability assessment is unreliable and unhelpful, as well as being arbitrary and cruel," said Peter Beresford, professor of social policy at Brunel University.

"It's a perfect storm of irresponsibility and unaccountability.

"No-one – not the doctors who make the assessment decisions, nor Atos which has responsibility for providing assessments, nor the Department of Work and Pensions which commissioned them – takes responsibility for the problems and failures in the system."

BBC or CH4 either way it was shown that Atos use people whose qualifications aren't recognised in the UK to train people to assess sick and disabled people for welfare benefits!

ATOS rep: I can't see if you've answered yet. You did answer the question on how long it takes the DWP to receive the report, however, if a WCA report is held back by ATOS for audit purposes, how long does it then take the DWP to receive the report?

We're a full 2 (or is it 3? will need to check diary) weeks now after the WCA and still no report has been received by the DWP. I think this is really taking the proverbial now. Meanwhile people are struggling to survive on £56/week while you carry out your audit. Yes, yes I know, the money will be backdated, it doesn't stop people struggling on £56/week though.

and the DLA money...so a fair bit more than £56??
