The sad thing is you don't realize how your posts come across, amongst the constructive is a mass of pompous barking.

Sorry but that's how it reads to me.

OK, I've taken your criticism on board.
Next time, instead of the 'pompous barking' I'll offer tea with lots of sympathy and agree with the poster that the website only tells you that it's not the official website in the small print.
I'll also agree that the best way to get their money back is to contact their bank and cancel their card (which is what most people do).
In fact, I'll agree with everything they say.
  • I didn't Pay but i sent application nothings gonna happen right O_O??

I've no idea as I haven't gone through the process.

I would be very surprised, however, if you can send the application without providing card details for them to take payment.
Are you sure you didn't provide any card details?
Maybe you could describe the process.

If you feel that this company is acting illegally, why not report them to Trading Standards.
If they are illegal, the website may get closed down.
  • Stupidly I fell for this. I am looking to see if I can get a refund. I looked upon uk-passport .NET At the bottom it says give me your account number and sort code with reference number of which we will give you your money back!!!!

I feel very nervous to give them this and rather just say I made a stupid loss.

My question is has anyone else been able to get a refund from them?

I can't be bothered to re-read the whole thread, but I am sure there are people who have followed the instructions in their T&Cs and received a refund.

Do it quick though, otherwise you won't get a full refund if you request it after they have processed your application.
  • I processed the application a month ago.
Not sure if they will give me my money back now as it is too late

Their website says (or did last time I looked) that if they have processed your order then they refund less an admin fee of about a tenner.
  • I think the web site has changed a little hence can't find the tenner part anywhere.
I have emailed them earlier today and asked if they would refund an application made a month ago. Not heard anything yet.

I am just nervous as I have screwed up already with them and now I give them my bank details and if they use it for fraudulent use then I am screwed again.

Sometime I think I should say I made a loss and leave it as is.

You've already given them your bank details once, why would you worry about giving them again for your refund ?
  • Well I paid with credit card so slightly different to bank account details.
Also the other reason why I would worry is they have not replied to my email saying "Would I be entitled to a refund even though I processed the application a month ago"
