I though VAT on Feminine hygiene products had been abolished?A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.
one life, live it!0 -
Bras - such a pain, and now they reckon they last approx 60 wears or six months  Like I can afford that all the time!
Girlie monthly stuff - you can get condoms for free so WHY why do we have to pay for tampons they are more bloody essential
You could always get a mooncup.... http://www.keeper.com/ _pale_Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I'll never take money out of a cash machine that charges me.
I hate paying £90 for the tube each month, I get the use out of it, but it's alot of money.
On the mooncup thing, a few of my friends have been going on about them lately, reckon they're the best thing ever.0 -

Toilet paper. I mean, would you wipe your fat yellow @rse with £5 notes then flush it down the toilet? No, of course you wouldn't. But you do!
I go 'au natural' nowadays.0 -
Although I hate spending money on womens bits I just couldn't do the moon cup thing. I did use washable nappies though.
Another thing I hate spending money on is work shoes. I have had mine for 4 1/2 years now and I got them 2 for £25. I distinctly remember having the conversation with 15 month old DD sat in buggy-
"Chloe these shoes are for Mummy's work"
"Yuk"
"I know but they are soooooooooo comfortable"
"Yuk"
"Will you ever speak to Mummy again if I buy these- they are CHEAP TOO?"
"Hmmmm Yukk!"
"So shall I get them then?"
"Yes"
One pair has utterly died and gone to the to be worn when doing building work only room. The others are pretty knackered but still quite comfy. Trouble is it's hard to find flat black lace ups that don't cripple you or make you look like a grandma.
Summer work shoes are even worse. Why is it that you cannot get flat white enclosed comfortable shoes?Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

See now prescriptions are on my 'perfectly happy to pay for' list, i think the free prescriptions here are ridiculous. I can only see it encouraging waste of products that still cost the NHS money, there's no getting around it. I'm all in favour of discounts/free to those who need lots of regular medicine etc but not the cost of making it free to all.
My 'hate spending on' is £90 a month to cross the Severn Bridge(s) which I can't avoid cos I work in bristol. 2 miles long and £5.10 a time without the tag - daylight robbery!! More expensive mile-for-mile than a transatlantic flight, I've been told!!
