Girlie monthly stuff - you can get condoms for free so WHY why do we have to pay for tampons they are more bloody essential

I would point out that nothing is free - someone is paying for everything. You're essentially saying "Why don't men contribute half towards our tampons?"

Condoms are provided free, because there is a cost to the country when a Chav has yet another kid.

It's about time there was a serious campaign to get VAT taken off feminine hygiene items.

What we need is a female version of Martin who is prepared to kick this off. (Sorry, won't be me as I am past all that business, but it did annoy me for several decades  ).
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

I hate spending money on Council Tax when I see people dropping or throwing litter (out of cars). I just don't get it. They pay Council Tax too, don't they care that some of it is paying to pick up what they could have just taken home?

I also hate spending money on razor blades but I refuse to 'go natural'....euw.

I also hate having to spend hard earned cash on improving security of home *yet* again but I've done that one to death so, I'll shut up now! :rotfl:

Talking about bras I have recently discovered Tesco sports bras. I have a large bust and I love them. They are also cheap and wash well.

I'm amazed by the comments on bras - I'm still wearing bras I bought years ago! Am I doing something wrong?

I was also surprised by hypno's coment on the TV licence as I positively enjoy paying for mine!

We only got a TV in January after 8 years without and I felt guilty all that time as I enjoyed BBC radio and the BBC website so much and wasn't paying anything for it. I think the BBC is a fantastic service and the fact they can deliver it for only £11/month/person is amazing.

Maybe I should start a new thread, 'what do you not mind paying for'?
