Everything:D That's why I scavenge round the bins

but especially council tax, it goes up and you get less.

Dentists, seeing as they have virtually phased out the NHS ones.

Opticians - it's not my choice I can't see perfectly but at least they have free eye tests in Scotland now! The cost of frames is scandalous for a bit of plastic!

VAT on sanitary products - I don't need them now but women don't really have a choice if they do need them!
I need to feel the fear and do it anyway

Makes no difference. What you can't get in your mouth is wasted...

Parking, I really hate paying for parking & petrol, I don't like paying for petrol either. DH pays all other car expenses I only have these two to pay & I really resent them.

On a what don't you mind spending money on theme........
I think the TV licence is fab value for little more than £100 for a WHOLE year, we are now spending £73.50 per month:eek:  on Sky (plus, HD & 2 x extra multi-rooms). So I think the TV licence is a bargain:D .

Every Tax (Inc VAT on feminine hygiene products)
BUT especially Council Tax mmm what do I get street lights and Bins emptied, after doing a couple of contracts in a council, I have seen first hand the sheer volume of wastage of our money on carp.

    Loads of things,

parking, petrol, council tax, congestion charge (only when we have hospital appointments in London, which is most months, hairdressers, new clothes (much prefer second-hand, no really.....), full-price food, plants - why buy when you can get cuttings, seeds etc? or buy in bulk and share out. Bar type-things for packed lunches (I try to make cakes or flapjacks when I have time) yoghurt - I make my own, bread - I make my own bricks.

I also resent paying to socialise with people I would rather not socialise with. So, to summarise, most things really!!!

I really am becoming a tight-wad, however I live within my means and my debts are slowly diminishing, so who am I to grumble?
A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.
