    Good things today :D

Got shampoo and conditioner to test for survey company so that will save me a few pennies in the long run.

Friend just text to say she was watching my hossie in the field and she was scratching her ear with her back hoof but got a little to into it and lost her balance and nearly fell over :rotfl:only my hoss would do that!

And as requested pic of said hossie, taken beginning of December

So have updated my excel budget sheet, guessing on OH's wages, so have put down a basic amount. He will be doing overtime but thinking can use this as overpayments.

So it currently stands we are £76 short a month :( Now praying for inheritance to land soon then after paying of the loan there will be £72 a month surplus but there is no money in the budget for clothes or misc spending each month. So I think we will put £50 a month towards those and then aim for £22 a month to use as overpayments. Unfortunately the budget does only include for minimums so time to up the ante to increase these, but at least we shouldnt get into debt any further.

Morning world so slightly later for me today not so organised  but managed to get to work in town and grab some random food so will be a NSD. Slightly amended budget last night but come out with roughly the same figures. Have transferred some money over from my emergency savings to cover this months bills as was paid early in December and will go over my overdraft but will mean starting February with a clean sheet. :)

Only have £25 in emergency savings but least had it there to use :)

Morning, thanks for the lovely comments, have to try and get a photo of her not in a rug and clean  why did I pick a part white horse :rotfl:

Moneywise spent £100 on taxing car for year but that has come out of specific savings :) Lunch bought in so no other money needs to be spent.

Think got enough to cover bills in current a/c, quick add up of figures will be short next month though, hmmm so may use the money from free council tax month to cover this, if inheritance lands and loan paid of will be ok and then can use the money to overpay the cards, watch this space.

Going to do the 0% balance transfer today, hopefully transfer £4k over :)

Was awake at 5am as you do and was having all sorts of thoughts going through like how the !!!! did we manage to get into 32k worth of debts :( and how are we going to manage to get out. Lots to think about how to do this as didnt get very far last year :(

Hi BB - happy new year - hope its a good one for you.

Baby hoss has grown! She is looking lovely. Cant wait to see how much you can do with her in the summer.

Good news that OH has permanent job now and when your inheritance lands hopefully this year will be less stressfull financially for you.

So 0% balance transfer done, £3.5K transferred with a fee of £136 and now 0% till Jan next year. Must update signature. So now only around £4k on interest cards so target card is the remaining £1k on my NWG.

End of the month update, have updated signature and have managed to pay of a total of £384.30 of the debt (excluding mortgage) not as much as I would have liked but also managed to pay £560 which was the camera lens so not as bad as could be.

Total today excluding mortgage stands at £19,374.40

Still way too much and not a level I am comfortable with so really need to keep my head down and plough on.
in the space of nine months then you might be able to work out how you can begin addressing your debts.
