Mr A has the branded porridge pots on offer at 5 for £4, the price of them makes my eyes water! Asda own ones are cheaper but still cost far too much when a big bag of porridge oats is usually less than £1 and lasts ages.0 -

£58.20 spent in Tesco today
We got toothpaste, shower and bath gels which will last for ages, lunch supplies, nuts and cheese that will last for ages. Also 2 packs of mission deli wraps (tastiest, IMO) which were £1 for 8. Lots of fruit and veg also. Also got an electric toothbrush and some mouthwash for littlie.
Spent to date: 183.04. Still only 7.63% of the budget and 9.59% of the year gone.
Dinner tonight was chicken, bacon and mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce. With broccoli, kale and sprouts... 6 year old thought she'd died and gone to heaven :rotfl:0 -
Grocery spend day for me.
£6 in B'n'M (4 more boxes of Muesli while it's still 2 for £3)
£14.61 in Mr T (seemed a lot, but includes £5 on cheese for the omelettes DS is rather keen on which means it's not bad for what I got)
£4.84 in A!di (including £2.29 on junk treats !eek! )
So that's another £25.45 of my grocery budget spent today. Hopefully no more until Friday at the earliest......Cheryl0 -
