Sorry to be nosey Tales ( hope you see this as you probably won't check back in), but what survey sites do you use? I have signed up to a few but they are all points sites. Are there any that pay in monetary terms? Thanks.

Hi there, the ones I do regularly are:

onepoll- lots of small value surveys but very quick, took me about 4 years to the get the £40 payout threshold but that did include a couple if years off in the middle, now that I check everyday I'm already up to over £6 since start of year :)

Pinecone which is fab, pays £3 per survey and you are already pre selected so guaranteed to get it once you get the invite.

Gratis points which is hit and miss whether I'm eligible for the surveys, took about a year to get £15 of Amazon vouchers

Last day of my Feb challenge and a NSD have come in just under budget £487.53 and ready to try £400 for March starting tomorrow.

Am trying a new tactic of a big monthly shop and just milk, fruit and veg etc weekly. Have made my list and am stocking up this week using a £12 money of first shop at Sainsb*** and free midweek delivery if you spend over £100 so I made sure I did and bought large box of dishwasher tabs, soap powder and meat for the month etc the coupon brought total down to £96. Eek, I'm hoping it's a good idea as I normally do a big weekly shop!

See you in the March challenge

OK peeps - sorry not to have been around. I'm going to bow out of Feb and March GC as not having a kitchen has really messed up the budget - been eating out, at friends, and take outs..

I'll come back in April if that's OK

    Good luck everyone

    Declare February at £390/£450.

I still have quite a bit of meat in the freezer too at least a weeks worth. Plus 2 bags of the dogs food bought on offer so they were £13.

Cutting down on spend would be great but my aim is sticking to our monthly budget, great start :-)
