Spend so far this month with one week left is £91.58 out of my £140. I took my small son shopping with me this week due to it being half term. Lucky that the previous weeks were under budget is all I have to say on the matter :rotfl:0

Erk well over my budget now :-S still at least I have been mindful when shopping so definitely spent less than I would have... my total also includes £80 spent on eating out so far this month.. for march I am going to put this in a separate budget.. also need to allow for extra stuff needed when Mr Sheep's kids visit us.. ah well we live and learn.. will continue to try and keep spend to a min for rest of month and use this month's experience to make a more realistic go of march! xx
keep it up everyone elseyou are all doing brilliantly!

Spent £1.48 yesterday on 6 free range eggs. OH also bought coke and rolls but not sure how much he spent.
Made hummus with some defrosted pittas and pineapple for lunch yesterday.
OH's mum is staying and so I made roast chicken with all the trimmings last night, forgot a photo though.Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Not checked in for a while but have been updating my sig and it looks like i overestimated my spending or I could just be more aware of what buying now. Put in an order for a home delivery and it came in at £58 which is over weeks budget but as had a few under budget will work itself out.Sealed Pot Challenge no 1981

well ive completely lost track of spends (and time it would seem.... ages since i last posted!)
challenge for me was a complete bust. so im bowing out gracefully for this month. going to try and empty freezer/fridge and work from what i have in for rest of month and try again from march with a weekly/yearly budget, see if that works better for me!0 -
I've restarted our Feb budget from 15th, and so have spent £43.59 so far. I'm keeping track of our spends on a spreadsheet now, so hoping to be able to control it a bit more. When it's dark, look for stars. When it's raining look for rainbows.

Will be doing my last shop of the month on Friday, going to go to Sainsbobs as they've sent me some vouchers - spend £30 (which I would've done anyway) and get 6p off a litre on fuel which is a bonus.
Just made parsnip soup for lunch, with a 19p pack of parsnips I got from co-op earlier in the week - got 4 portions for the freezer too, all for about 50p!
I see the March thread is up and running  where does the time go? - will be on here til the end of the month though. x0
