Hi
I'd like to join February's Challenge.
My plan is to stay within £100for this month as I was too ambitious last month. Even so £100 is alot less than Iwas spending each month last year.:AWonderfulLife:A0 -
Second spend of the month, double discount at work. Bought a reduced chicken knowing my freezer is full but I will be roasting it tomorrow for cold meat for DS and lunches. Spent £16.64 including a set of roasting/lasagne dishes for £4. Also spent £2.24 on toilet roll.
Waiting in for 2 deliveries tomorrow so probably a NSD, hoping to get to the end of the week without buying anything or as little as possible.Stay at home Mum to DS Oct 2011 and DD Dec 2013

£120 for me please.
Will start on February 1st0 -
Hi everyone
Came in just below my budget last month, which included replacing lots of cupboard items :-) I will be dropping my budget slightly for this month to give myself £30 per week, or £120 for the month
Pay month runs from today, should be achievable, especially as I'm away this weekend, and half term is coming up too and I won't be here for most of that :-)
Good luck everyone! Lucy x*2016 - the year of the savings account!*

Morning all,
our month doesnt start til the 1st, and first shopping trip is planned for the 3rd, so i thought i'd pop in now to declare.
can i be put down for £250 for feb please.
I have been trying for £50pw but i have been doing an extra shop the 1st week at tesco to stock up on offers, then still shopping at aldi the same week out of habit mainly and for a few things i'd missed. so i've decided to incorporate it in to the budget for now til i get a bit better at sticking to my list
big thanks to all who help with the challenge, and good luck to all involved.0 -
Hi, I would like to set my budget at £360 this month. This is a £40 reduction on January's and then I aim to reduce by £10-£15 each month until we get to £300. Good luck everyone, I don't often post but I love reading about all your moneysaving and recipes.0

Well!!! I had an over spend last month which was very bad indeed! I am seriously not happy and must change my shopping habits all together as I have less money this month because of it.
The plan is to curb the spending and pay off debts not the other way around. Also I need to save for daughters prom and her 16th Birthday in May/June.
