the best thing to do is find the park details (a google search should make that easy) and contact the park direct who should be able to help you.

I finally managed to book a hol at Haven Donniford Park on the website. I paid for luxury plus upgrade for 7 of us in April. Today I received an invoice requesting I pay another £98 for entertainment and facility passes, linen (which I won't need) and power charge. We thought the entertainment was free at this park. Does anyone on here still have the original magazine containing a run down of the sites/parks to confirm thsi for me please? Thanks in advance.

i would have thought you would have got an email from the park by now as your holiday is so close! I got my confirmation for my french park last week and, and that's for october, and my uk may hol came a few weeks ago.
Did you get a confirmation email for your holiday? It should have come fairly soon after you booked online. Think i got mine within half an hour. I dont mean the payment confirmation, but the confirmation that you actually got your holiday?
I have been to golden sands. Really liked it. Was blessed with glorious unseasonably wam weather. You can walk in to rhyl from the park, and the pool on the site is lovely.
Why dont you contact the park. Good luck.

I've checked for you, re Doniford bay.

Service charge £7.95 pupn

Ent passes £7pp for £9.50 break

£9.00pp for £15 break

Free passes on breaks on 18th march, so it's only this date that offer
free passes. You have to pay for april!
Linen charge is not compulsary, you can take your own and have it taken off the invoice when you pay the balance.
You have upgraded, so obviously ths will push up the accomidation cost.
I would say the figure for the outstanding balance is about right.

Booked for 15th July for 4 nights at Ashvale Holiday Park in Paignton Has anyone been there before? What is there to do in Paignton, Torquay etc.?

The premier inn is £48 for the date we want in october. I'm going to see if it comes down in price. Looking at TA reviews some people have managed to get it for £29 with breakfast!

When I booked my holiday online to Holland I paid for the ferry at the same time. My email from the sun stated
"Your booking includes a ferry crossing and your ferry crossing confirmation will be sent to you by separate email"
But I've heard nothing since about the ferry, I've had the confirmation through from the Park and paid for the 'extras'. Have other people received details of their ferry crossing or is everyone still waiting?

I have, but then I'm travelling with Brittany Ferries so doesn't mean that you should have had yours yet for definite,

I received a confirmation email from haven today confirming my holiday and requesting the outstanding balance. There are 3 of us going and they have charged us for 4 entertainment passes. Has anyone had any success with cancelling extra passes that wont be needed with haven?It says 4 guest o the confirmation even though i put 3 names. I know they say a minimum of 4 people though.
Also as its our 1st sun holiday is it worth paying the linen charge or not?
How long do u normally get to pay the balance?
