I wish I'd booked it direct too, I assumed it would be cheaper through The Sun, but actually when I looked afterwards it would have been cheaped to book direct and I could have booked whatever crossing I wanted. I tried contacting The Sun over the weekend so hopefully they will reply today! :eek:

Good luck. Hope you hear soon. It Seems that the dover to calais route is pretty competitive in term of pricing, and you can get some good deals, so booking with the sun is not neccesecarily saving much. We went with dfds seaways, and have morning and afternoon crossing times:)

However, those going on the brittany crossings are saving quite a bit, so booking through the sun then is certainly worthwhile.

I originally planned to book eurotunnel with tesco deals, but having paid for my ferry for may to holland i didn't have quite enough to make it worthwhile to book that way.

Still no letter or invoice. I'm pleasantly suprised I got one as I only selected places in the South West with absolute top notch Tripadviser ratings and dates in June and July.

Still no letter, invoice or email - Its looking more like a no as the days go by, but i'm still hoping...

Tried contacting the parks we selected but no luck there.

The dates we selected were in July - does anyone know if they leave these until last, to let people know?

Hi, I was lucky enough to get Butlins Skegness in July, and i assumed our party of four would be in a caravan as it said that at the time of booking. My confirmation says ive booked a two bed standard apartment, which if correct, im more than happy to have! Would my confirmation say caravan if it was a caravan, or does two bed apartment also apply to a caravan? Has anyone else got Butlins who can help? Thanks,
