It seems that the campsite Beekse Bergen is a Eurocamp site, this below is the reply from them. It seems you are not necessarily booked when you think you are.

Thanks ever so much for getting back to us.
The confirmation you have received was direct from The Sun. This confirmation was to advise you that your application for a holiday has been successful and not necessarily the holiday itself I’m afraid. I can completely understand how you must feel as from what you have attached, I can see this is misleading. The confirmation from The Sun was sent to you before your enquiry was forwarded to ourselves, by which time we had no further availability, which I can only apologise on behalf of The Sun for this and leading you to believe your accommodation was booked.
I have however checked out alternative options for you Mr Mitchell, I have 3 options for you to look at:
Option One
08-04-2013 – 12-04-2013 Beekse Burgen (your chosen campsite) however staying in the Safari Tent with Eurocamp NOT a mobile home.
Option Two
08-04-2013 – 12-04-2013 Rijnsburg, Koningshof (alternative campsite in Holland) staying in a 2 bedroom Horizon mobile home with decking, also with Eurocamp.
Option Three
08-04-2013 – 12-04-2013 La Croix du Vieux Pont (alternative country – Paris, France) staying in a 2 bedroom Villanova with decking, with Keycamp.

Well there seems to have been a !!!! up somewhere along the way, probably with the sun rather than the operator by the sounds of it! Very frustrating, but i suppose these things happen, albeit that doesn't really help when it's you it's happened to.
At least they have given you some options. Are you going to stick with the same campsite?

Hi Everyone,

Does any kind person have a priority booking reference number they are not going to use that I could have so I can book my sun holiday online? I am afraid to miss out if I send tokens with the booking form. Would be much appreciated.

Can anyone who has managed to book a dover to calais crossing with their sun holoday tell me how much it cost please, and if they had, or are still having problems with the booking site.
I have tried twice to look up prices using my ref number, and following the link, but it says that there is an error processing my request, and then says the number has already been used!
I had intended to use the tunnel, but not sure i will have enough tesco vouchers to book it, as my ferry for my may holiday is costing a bit more than i thought.
May have to think about doing the ferry instead but want the discounted sun one.

la croix du vieux pont is nice if your ferry is to Calais!

got a result from pontins... they changed our holiday to self catering as would have meant cancelling .. charging us for 4 lots of half board when only 2 going .. dont mind paying the 4 lots of £9.50 but the other charges were extortionate....

so holiday still on yipppeeee

I was going to post some top advice but then I realised you posted re: the sun
