same here.. trying to charge us for 4 lots of half board when only 2 going.. be cheaper doing it ourselves.. sun no good they say its the terms and conditions etc.. looks like we will be cancelling our holiday .. shame

Sounds like people are starting to get confirmations on the postal applications. Our friends wanted to some with us (not been before and us and 2 other couples already booked online) so just waiting to hear back to see if they are coming. Gunna keep an eye on my bank account. They sent it on the Wednesday after online opened on the Sunday fingers crossed xxx

i havent heard of anyone yet getting confirmation from the postal application if i rememeber when me and my brother done our postal bookings a few times it took 1 month to 6 weeks for it to be processed.

Nothing for me yet, but our holiday is not till october. Think they will be getting all the earlier dates confirmed first.

We booked a week at Beekse Bergen online, today I just received an email from the e-mail "info @ holidaybreak.com " stating

We have no availability left at Beekse Bergen for your Sun holiday so we would like to know if you have a second choice for something else
We will wait for a reply from you

I'm not sure who this is from, is it from The Sun or from the holiday site? How can they do this, we have travel lodges & freey booked etc? There is no link to choose anything else, no offer of refund etc

Anyone else received anything like this?

Ahh noo.. I have seen another poster talk about this happening to them before. I cant remember who but i think it was for a park in rome and she had already booked her flights!
When is your holiday for? I was really interested in this park, but it wasn't open for the time we are going!
How strange that they are saying there is no availability now. Can you reply to the email, asking for the other two parks in Holland as you have the ferry booked?
Dunirell is fab. I have been twice and going back in may. Would reccomend here if you are able to get it.
Haven't had any invoice yet for my french park, although it is in october. Feeling a bit twitchy now in case there is a problem. I'll hold off booking the tunnel till i get my paperwork.

I've e-mailed back asked what is available for the same dates, we originally had Dunirell as our first choice but this was not available at the time of booking
